Meditation/Eternal Spring Seminar
A great way to start your tai chi practice is to begin at the beginning. Attend the Eternal Spring Workshop on the 29th to get an overview of Eternal Spring and Tai Chi training. Then sign up for our special 10-week, 20-hour Saturday morning seminar starting 4/4 (due to religious holidays the first class will be repeated the following week). Beginning at 9:30 a.m., a Meditation I Class will cover Master Chu's 5-step technique and the basic ideas of Taoism. Then, at 10:30, an Eternal Spring Class will offer more detailed instruction in the 12 core chi kung exercises. Each week, one of the exercises will be highlighted: discussed in detail, and worked on for an extended period of time. If you are interested, contact our office - no prerequisite.
Looking for Tai Chi books? We are now offering bundled books and videos for a discount! Check out our store.
(All Workshops meet Sundays 2:30 - 5:00pm - the regularly scheduled Eternal Spring Class will not meet).
